Sheet metal rolling is used to manufacture round sheet metal items (e.g. pipes) or a item, which has a bend or radius. Sheet metal rolling is done by inserting the workpiece between 3 rolls, 2 bottom rollers, and 1 top roller. By regulating the space between the rolls, the workpiece is rolled in the desired radius/diameter.

KK Metal offers rolling of sheet metal workpieces with a maximum length of 2 metres, in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and metal. In terms of rolling frail, decorative items manufactured in materials such as burnished/polished stainless steel, aluminium, copper, etc., we offer rolling in a plate roll with rubber coating to prevent cracks and marks which usually occurs in the rolling process.
